The Body

The body is totally constructed from individual, hand produced fibreglass panels which can be easily replaced if one is damaged as we hold panels in stock and all that needs to be done is to spray them to match your specific colour. This avoids unnecessary delays in repairs waiting for a specialist body shop to patch and match. Our laminating dept is staffed by highly skilled craftsmen who have learnt their skills in the luxury yacht building industry, for which Cornwall is famous, and they have transferred the care and attention required in that field to the Jetstream brand.

The body has been designed to be aerodynamic so as to allow the car to “stick” to the road no matter what conditions or surface. The radical sharp edges and flat surfaces make the car unique in its range and customers will enjoy the knowledge that they are driving a car that has not copied existing “classic” shapes.

The Paint

Jetstream and our paint manufacturer MIPA have combined to produce an unique range of 12 colours of water based paint which provides a better finish and is easier to touch up. However if you have a specific colour which is not within our range we can almost certainly match it and MIPA’s laboratory in Germany is at our disposal.
